Our Testimonials

Our students and clients trust Acuity Response for hands-on, expert-led training that prepares them for real-world emergencies. Here’s what they have to say:

I reached out to Heather to help me prepare for my practical exams in becoming a Primary Care Paramedic, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, Heather demonstrated both the knowledge and the heart of a great educator. She provided encouraging, constructive feedback and introduced new techniques that truly supported my learning style. As a visual and auditory learner, I especially appreciated how she explained and demonstrated each skill clearly. Our session was not only effective but also engaging and enjoyable. Heather genuinely wants her students to succeed, and it shows in everything she does.

Rob has helped me reach personal and professional goals previously thought out of reach. His expertise in fitness, nutrition, and supplementation has allowed me to become a better version of myself. Thank you Rob!

I can honestly say after 30 years of having instructors Heather was right at the top. She treated everyone equally and was very thorough. She made time for all questions even my ridiculous ones. She made sure that all participants knew their knowledge of it and assisted with it. It is a very professional and respectful environment to be in. When an individual can learn something new after 30 years....it's great!!!! Thank you Heather and to all of the wonderful people there.

Completed my OFA3 with Heather as our instructor. She's fantastic. I would highly recommend taking any course she is teaching.

Well run with qualified professional instructors. I just completed my level 2 OFA with Heather as our instructor. I have taken OFA before for Level and 1 with other instructors at other schools. I have to say that this was the best class I've had! Clear, direct with related experience! I highly recommend booking your first aid class with her! Thanks
